The movie My One and Only is based on a childhood recollection of actor George Hamilton. Renee Zellweger plays his mother and Kevin Bacon her philandering husban. She leaves her husband and takes her sons on the road to find a new one. The movie is about more than just that, after all, it's how George Hamilton became a background actor.
Gladys was on the set of a new show yesterday called The Whole Truth. She gets to play a pedestrian. The scene takes place in China Town, N.Y., recreated there in the WB studios.
Just got a phone call from a fan, that Gladys was on the Wendy Williams Show this morning. Ok, maybe not Gladys herself. More like the clip of her on the plane on Entourage. YAY!!!!!!
Gladys will be on set at WB (Warner Brothers) today. All I know is it's a new show and she will be doing something she is REAL good at. Sorry mums the word, at this time.
Gladys had a great time on Big Love yesterday!! The crew was very nice. The cameraman introduced himself to her and the director called her by name. Oh, the best part, the camera was right in her face!! She so has that IT factor going for her!! Big Love is a HBO show. This episode might be the first one of the season, not to sure.
Gladys is on the set of Big Love today!! She will be a mormon mom (yeah, I died laughing when I heard this). I think she will do well, she has a little experience in this area (still laughing). For those who don't know Gladys, she is not a Fundamentalist Mormon. In fact the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS) doesn't allow any Fundamentalist Mormon to be a member of LDS. Now for a little fun fact. This type of polygamy is called poloygyny. Now for the fun fact part. Do you know what polyandry is? When a woman has more than one husband. lol Now what happened to that? Think of it, you could have as many husbands as you want. All working!!! You know how rich you could be???
Gladys was on Entourage July 25th!! Did you see her? I did and she was OUTSTANDING!!! Sorry, Entourage will not be part of the Where's Gladys? game.

For the first time, Gladys had the cameras right up in her face. She had to act like she was having a very serious conversation with a young woman.With cameras being so close, she couldn't make any mistakes. Unforunately for Gladys, the young woman was new to all this. With cameras focused on Gladys and only the back of the young woman's head, she thought it would be funny to make faces, to get Gladys to laugh. Poor Gladys. She now calls the girl, Evil Hello Kitty!
You read it right. Gladys is on the set of Grey's Anatomy today!!!! Is she a patient? Is she a nurse? Nope, she's a DOCTOR!!! This will be her best one yet. Let me tell you, this woman knows what she is doing. I can't think of a better part/roll for her. I watched her put bandages on skinned knees before and let me tell you, she is a pro! I remembe a time, years ago, when I skinned my shoulder pretty bad. All Gladys had on her was a bottle of perfume...........NO WAY did I let her do that!!!!
Gladys was called back for another shoot tonight for Criminal Minds!!!!!! Wait, it gets better! Just a few hours ago she got another call back for NCIS!!!!! Two call backs!!!!!! So let's recap. Tonight Criminal Minds! Tomorrow NCIS!! I can't believe I know her, GLADYS!!!!!!!!!!!
What a night Gladys had on Criminal Minds last night. She was on location, right down the street from her favorite mexican restaurant, Los Toros. She wore pajamas with a push up bra. They told her to pull her top down more, that's right, they wanted to see her tatas! Don't worry, I'm kind of sure, she would never be a background actress for porn. All I can tell you is she plays a nosy neighbor with a flashlight. After standing around, a real neighbor, came out and asked who she was. She told him she was a nosy neighbor, he said he was too. lol
Gladys was on the set of Criminal Minds last night. She got to be a nosy neighbor!! Mmmmmmm......not much acting there.........jut kidding (she may read this someday.). Will post more on how it went later. Waiting to find out..
Gladys was on the set of NCIS L.A. early this week. She plays a tourist in Hollywood at Grauman' Chinese Theater. Can't say much about the scene, except she gets pushed and yelled at. She loved it. There were about a 1000 onlookers (real tourist) and some came up to her to ask questions. A woman and her baby almost got wiped out by the camra man but, Gladys yelled for her to get out of the way.....yup saved their lifes!!!! She is such a hero!!!!!!!
No work for Gladys this week. Maybe next week. I guess this could be a good time to practice. She could walk the streets and see how well she blends. She could go to the mall, have a bite at the food court and pretend to talk on the phone. She could lay down in a alley and pretend to be dead (if someone calls 911, she would know she did a great job). The possibilities are endless really!!!!!!!!
Here is the scoop on her part on Entourage. The pic was not in front of a studio, it was at LAX at a private hanger. When Gadys called about the part, she was told she needed a car and not her red one. Being the pro that she is, said no problem. She is supose to be a mexican woman waiting in a car to pick up someone at a airport in mexico. For three hours she got to sit in the car reading and talking or texting on her phone, best part she got paid for 8 hours. Oh, it was catered (she loves that free catered food). The last pic was taken in the car, hey, she had time on her hands.
